The Aegis monitoring system provides continuous monitoring without the need for operator intervention.  With it's "Fit and Forget" design, the 9600 is ideal for machinery protection without costly false alarms.

The GTI Aegis 9600 Monitoring System is a modular, low cost signal conditioning system which is primarily intended for plant condition monitoring functions.  It is ideally suited to applications where continuous monitoring of machinery is required to prevent deteriorating condition, causing expensive collateral damage and eventually complete breakdown.

Where periodic condition monitoring is performed by the use of off line portable data collectors, the 9600 series can provide economical, continuous protection for plant machinery, and immediately give plant personnel critical machine fault condition information, should it occur, between route data collection intervals.

Modular Construction

Each monitor fits into either a 19" or 10.5" standard rack with a common display module that can display current measured levels of any monitored channels.  In addition, the display module allows the user to quickly access current alarm set points.

• Individual power supply, 110/240VAC, or 24Vdc.

• Buffered raw transducer signal available on front panel BNC for analysis purposes.

Again, the Aegis system has been designed and extensively tested to provide effective, reliable monitoring without the generation of false alarms, or the need for ongoing operator intervention.

MO9602 Rolling Element Bearing Module Accepts inputs from bearing damage transducer Dual level, adjustable alarms, suitable for warning or trip functions Analog outputs, 4-20mA,  for trending or recording purposes, isolation is optional, adjustable on site, Outputs are proportion to bearing condition, independent of speed, load, or type, Warns of bearing lubrication failure, Buffered raw transducer signal available on front panel BNC for analysis purposes. MO9603 Thrust/Axial Position Monitor Module Accepts inputs from PS series non contact transducers, Dual level, adjustable alarms, suitable for warning or trip functions, Analog outputs, 4-20mA,  for trending or recording purposes, isolation is optional, adjustable on site, System integrity alarm, Field selectable displacement range with zero adjustment at final float position.	MO9609 LVDT Monitor Module Accepts inputs from any LVDT, Zero and gain adjustments, Field selectable displacement range, Dual level, adjustable alarms, suitable for warning or trip functions, Analog outputs, 4-20mA,  for trending or recording purposes, isolation is optional, System integrity alarm, Buffered raw transducer signal available on front panel BNC for analysis purposes.

The Aegis 9600 Series Monitor is a density vibration transmitter monitoring system.  The individual monitoring devices allows for vibration and temperature monitoring at a very low cost.
